📣 Temporary Childcare Service

Certified childcare staff will look after your children during the concert.

Eligible Ages: 0 to 6 years old (preschool children)
Fee: ¥1,100 (tax included) for 120 minutes

[Important Notes]

1. About the Childcare Service

• Available only during the concert. We cannot provide care before doors open or after the show ends.

• For children aged 0 to 6 years (preschool age).

• Elementary school-aged children and older should enjoy the concert in the general audience area.

2. Check-in / Pick-up

• Please check your child in between the doors open and show start times below:
  ① May 31 (Sat) 14:00 – 14:30
  ② May 31 (Sat) 18:00 – 18:30
  ③ June 1 (Sun) 13:00 – 13:30
  ④ June 1 (Sun) 18:00 – 18:30

• Pick-up must be immediately after the concert ends:
  ① May 31 (Sat) ~16:00
  ② May 31 (Sat) ~20:00
  ③ June 1 (Sun) ~15:00
  ④ June 1 (Sun) ~20:00

• Guardians will be asked to present ID at check-in.

• Please bring the claim ticket provided at check-in when picking up your child.

3. Fees & Cancellation

• ¥1,100 (tax included) for 120 minutes.

• Cancellations are not allowed after booking.

• One ticket per child is required.

• Please purchase additional tickets if you have multiple children.

4. During Childcare

• Certified staff will care for children safely.

• We may refuse care if the child is unwell (e.g., fever).

• Snacks will not be provided due to allergy concerns.

• Please bring a water bottle with a secure lid.

• In case of emergency or sudden illness, we will contact the registered guardian immediately.

5. Items to Bring
   Required:

• ID for both guardian and child (e.g., health insurance card, My Number card, etc.)

• Water bottle, change of clothes, diapers/wipes (if needed), one toy (if needed)
  *We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

• Please label all personal items with your child’s name.

• Valuables are not allowed.

6. Disclaimer

• We will provide first aid for minor injuries (e.g., falls or scratches), but we cannot take responsibility for them.

Chris Hart’s Message

I deeply apologize for the cancellation of “Chris Hart Hart to Heart 2024” on August 16 due to Typhoon No.7. I was looking forward to showing everyone a new side of me during that performance.

While there is some time before the next concert, I am using this time to prepare an even better stage experience for you. Please look forward to it.

I sincerely thank you all for your understanding and continued support.
